Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

I just used apport-collect for the first time. A browser window was opened, where I could first log in to launchpad (I was already logged in in another tab in firefox, but this seems acceptable to me), and then I had to choose the privileges I would like to grant it. I chose 'read anything', and then returned to the terminal window to press enter.
This gave me a message that I had to allow "Change anything" privileges.

When I ran the program again, I didn't have to do anything in the browser, and it didn't give me the chance to change the privileges.

After a while I figured out I could choose the privileges again after deleting the ~/.cache/apport directory.

This is the output I got the first time I ran it:
[code]
ber@ubuntu:~$ apport-collect 207902
Logging into Launchpad...
The authorization page (https://edge.launchpad.net/+authorize-token?oauth_token=2ZMFXNjNSQ2MN24szdgv) should be opening in your browser. After you have authorized this program to access Launchpad on your behalf you should come back here and press <Enter> to finish the authentication process.
