Binary package hint: apport
Distribution: Ubuntu Jaunty (9.04)
This is the output I get when sending crash report (translated from Swedish..):
* Complete report (recommended: 25.5KiB)
* Reduced report (slow Internet connection 461.6 KiB)
No matter how you look at it, how can it be better for slow Internet connections to send ~12x more data..
