Bug Description

When something crashes or people wanna report a bug, apport fails because, it doesnt have everthing what a bug report needs, i i look from user friendly then this is a bug about the user friendly from apport, me as Kubuntu user would expect that apport just collects what it needs, and if it doesn't have what it needs it will install debugging symbols or what package apport needs to report the bug.

The reality is like this, apport want to report a bug, but gets a error because it hasn't all the stuff for the bug its need, as far as i know this makes it hard for developers to fix bug, for example Juk crashed, so i need to report a bug as Newbie, so i report and collect info, but theres no debugging symbols, so I as newbie need to search those debugging symbols in order to give the developer a useful bug report.

In this point Ubuntu doesn't add anything useful for kde, because kde bugs just get ignored, lucky i know that, i report directly to kde, but a normal user wouldn't know that, and thats bad for Kubuntu, so I wouldn't mind if Kubuntu gets same attention from Ubuntu, this is where I will get the next bug report.
