ubuntu-bug -p xserver-xorg-video-intel doesnt work

Hello i wanted to report some bugs against xserver-xorg-intel , but it didn't work like it did on 8.10.

I type the commando and then it collects data, but when its almost finished, its gives me the follow error :

Could not upload report data to crash database:

<urlopen error The write operation timed out>
