ubuntu-bug reports third party installs but not which ones

Looks like this has been an issue since Trusty. I'm happy to accept that maybe a third party app or library has been installed that seems to prevent ubuntu-bug from reporting an error, but it would be really, really, really helpful if ubuntu-bug would give us a hint as to which third party app and libraries it's balking over!
