Bug Description

When I run ubuntu-bug with snap-store's PID,

```
ubuntu-bug $(pgrep snap-store)
```

it errors out with:

> The problem cannot be reported:
> This package does not seem to be installed correctly

and another message box:

> The problem cannot be reported:
> snap-store is provided by a snap published by canonical. No contact
> address has been provided; visit the forum at ... for help.

Same problem when ubuntu-bug is attempting to collect data for firefox (snap).

I can reproduce the behavior for the snap-store on Ubuntu 23.04.
