Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
Using apport package version 0.100 on Hardy Heron I noticed that running 'apport-cli' by itself does nothing. I think it would be informative if it returned the same information as -h.

By default it runs through the pending crash reports. However, we could make this behaviour an option (-c/--check) and return help. Or it just answers with
No pending crash reports. "apport-cli --help" for usage documentation
or sth. similar (suggestions for better English appreciated). WDYT?
