Where does this panasoniclpd-init script come from? Some proprietary printer package perhaps? It seems to be causing your problems. Can you try removing it?

I know about a problem with "panasoniclpd" Actually there problem with
"plymouth".
My Panasonic KX-MB2110 MFP. I can't and I don't want to delete it. How I
will print and scan?
It is possible to solve it on another. Perhaps, I suppose. It is correct
to clean from settings of repositories setup of updating/upgrading of
packets "plymouth" and "panasoniclpd" At the same time to leave them
operating, but without updating/upgrading in the future. It is possible?

Where did you get the panasoniclpd package from? A CD that came with the printer? Maybe there is an updated driver available in the panasonic website, have you tried that?

Drivers for the Panasonic MFP I set the latest from the website. And on
all signs updates won't be on this device any more. For this reason I
also ask how me to leave to workers the Panasonic MFP device and packets
of "panasoniclpd" and "plymouth" in Ubuntu? At the same time, how to
clean check APT, APT-GET, DKPG, etc.?
I don't need to update packets of "panasoniclpd" and "plymouth" more.
Where to disconnect it?

That person changed the header of the initscript to this, just below the shebang line:

I don't know what it was like originally, maybe it had plymouth in the required-start line.

Make a copy of the script, so you have the original one at hand if needed, and try the above change, see if it helps.

Remember that if you update or reinstall this printer driver again in the future, it will undo this fix and you will have to apply it again.
