man ubuntu-bug doesn't explain how to start input on terminal

Bug Description

Setting the `DISPLAY` environment variable to an empty value allows entering bug reports on the terminal. This should be documented in `man ubuntu-bug`.

This is also apparently the only way to choose a different browser (by opening the displayed URL in it).
