Bug Description

In particular, typing ubuntu-bug <package> in the search widget as illustrated on the how to report a bug page opens Ubuntu Software without any information about what to do next.

ubuntu-bug kernel (which seems to be suggested by the how to figure out the relevant package info) just dies after providing useless messages.
