Bug Description

When a report is send and the user is requested to open the browser URL the CLI offers to "Launch a browser now" or to "Cancel". There's nothing left to "Cancel" because the report is already uploaded. The option should be called "Quit".

Calling it "Finish" might indicate that there's something to finish which is done by choosing the option, but it really only quits `apport`'s CLI.
