Bug Description
When `apport` asks about uploading a modified configuration file it'd be useful to offer a third option to display its content beside the simple yes/no choice. A diff between the default file (which can't contain sensitive information) and the current version of the would be a useful forth option because it'd avoid searching for the modification the user made.
