apport-kde crashed with SIGSEGV in QPropertyAnimation::updateState()

Muon-update-manager had a minor bug, so I was trying to use `ubuntu-bug update-manager` from the cli, when apport crashed!

However, the crash reporter was able to send the report here, it seems.
