Bug Description

integrating the qt5 port would allow kubuntu to attempt dropping python-kde4 from the ISO reducing the oversizing quite a bit
test by Jonathan Riddell and me and works very well.
functionally nothing changed as far as the UI is concerned and under the hood all the happened was an almost straight qt4->qt5 port along with replacing now obsolete kde dependencies with their qt5 counterpart

As an apport contributer, this looks fine to me.

I can't approve the FFE, but this looks good to me. I merged the port into the upstream branch now. Please note that I rejected the vivid upload as that didn't update the current "python3-pykde4" dependency. python-pyqt5 doesn't seem to be sufficient, it doesn't provide QApplication; and you wanted to get rid of that package :-)
Can you please re-upload with updated deps? Thanks!
