The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding apport. This problem was most recently seen with version 2.14.7-0ubuntu8, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/dbab8e45b9fc9d063763e2d8a03c06bac932293a contains more details.

Somehow the report seems to have been removed from the system, before the unlink was attempted.

This bug was fixed in the package apport - 2.14.7-0ubuntu10

apport (2.14.7-0ubuntu10) vivid; urgency=medium

  * data/whoopsie-upload-all: confirm that the crash file exists before trying
    to remove it. (LP: #1384358)

Looking at the linked crash report on the Error Tracker, there is only one incident of this from Trusty, so no not really.
