Bug Description
If you use apport-retrace with the -s switch (Write the new stack traces to stdout instead of putting them back into the report) with the -o switch (Write modified report to given file instead of changing the original report) the -s switch will take precedence and the modified report will not be created. If you don't know this it can be quite confusing as you'll end up looking for the report you passed with the -o option and wonder where it went.
Either apport-retrace should warn you that -s takes precedence or it should write to stdout and the given file.
