Bug Description
Something crashes.
Observed behavior:
A window pops up spontaneusly telling me that a problem was detected and offers me the option to "Report problem" (see first screenshot). If I do click Report problem, after wasting a few seconds collecting information for the report to be sent, a second window appears that says the problem cannot be reported because it belongs to a third-party package (whose name was already visible in the first popup).
Expected:
If you cannot report the problem, then don't offer me the option to do so.
Only an informative message should appear saying that a program has crashed, which program, and with the option to show details, but there shouldn't exist a "send report" option whose only reult is to make the user waste time trying something that it known in advance to be impossible.
