System program problem detected, dialog at wrong position

After booting up and logging in, I got the system program problem detected dialog. It was placed in the top left corner, should be centered as it usually is if you get it during runtime.

how to fix system program problem detected on ubuntu 16.04 lts

CrashReports.txt says that nvidia and xbmc failed. There is no indication it the logs that apport itself crashed.
