Bug Description

Every time I try to report a bug using apport or from command line using "ubuntu-bug", I get this KDE crash dialogue box (screenshot attached).

This is the output on the terminal:

rdhruva@ubuntu:~$ ubuntu-bug python3-distupgrade
KCrash: Application '' crashing...
KCrash: Attempting to start /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/drkonqi from kdeinit
sock_file=/home/rdhruva/.kde/socket-ubuntu/kdeinit4__0
Unable to start Dr. Konqi
Re-raising signal for Apport handling.
: Fatal IO error: client killed

The KDE crash handler dialogue tells me to report the bug to <email address hidden>, but I don't have the permission to post to that list.
