apport 0.88 while uploading shows errors

Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
I was updating the system gutsy gibbon 7.10 . One of the packages network manager is updated from 0.6.5-0ubuntu4 to 0.6.5-0ubuntu5 which resulted into the crash. The error it showed while uploading is :-
'This problem was already reported in the bug report displayed in the web browser. Please check if you can add any further information that might be helpful for the developers. ' (if its already reported then it should have showed the bug no. )
Then it said firefox is not responding , it is running but not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart the system. Everytime the same error showed up. Of course I haven't downed the system yet.

I had the same issue with a cupsys update problem.
