Bug Description

python-apport is not installed properly (with apt-get). I was told (by Bryce Harrington) that

python-launchpadlib

should be installed too, and I could install that library package manually. And then

apport-collect

works. But it should be identified and pulled in as a dependency, at least if you want newbies like me to help reporting bugs ;-)
