Bug Description
I ran the following on a remote system:
$ apport-cli --save /tmp/cc1.crash cpp
then copied cc1.crash to my main workstations and ran:
$ apport-cli -c cc1.crash -u 1103414
ERROR: The launchpadlib Python module is not installed. This functionality is not available.
... but:
$ dpkg -l|egrep "apport|
