Internet connection problem ? Cannot post bug about ubiquity not having an update

Ubiquity has problem installing 10.04.04 so i wanted to post bug from another machine but apport cant connect to internet. See pic

I found about this when i found bug 1089714
this bug made me find bug 1089718
