Bug Description

Upgrading from Kubuntu 12.04 to 12.10, I got an error popup. Clicking the Report Bug button, Firefox was launched. However, in Kubuntu's System Settings, my default browser is Rekonq.

That's really quite add because ubuntu-release-upgrader just creates .crash files in /var/crash which are then handled by apport. Do you happen to have a screenshot of the error dialog or perhaps remember the contents of it?
