no entry overlaps ubuntu circle of friends, exclusion zone brand guidelines violation

Bug Description

The "Sorry, Ubuntu 12.10 has experienced an internal error" has Ubuntu Circle of Friends Logo.

According to Ubuntu Brand Guidelines [1], when circle of friends is used on it's own it should have 1/4 of diameter square padding around it to create exclusion zone. The 'No Entry' pictogram violates this.

I believe it would be better to use the exclamation mark splash, in a circular pictogram. This should be inline with other pictograms, e.g. as those used on the ubuntu.com website.
