reporting a bug with apport-bug -c crashfile does not open the browser

Bug Description

I'm trying to report a crash that has ben dumped on a file in /var/crash/

with the command:

apport-bug -c crashfile

apport does not open any firefox instance (neither any other browser).

It does not happens using: apport-bug programname

(i launched that command to report this bug)
