Binary package hint: audacity
Audacity in 10.10 lacks a File Edit View Effects, etc. main menu. According to some youtube videos, it should be there. Finally, there is no easy or obvious way to enable the menu in case it is hidden somewhere.

Audacity in 10.10 lacks a File Edit View Effects, etc. main menu. Using keyboard shortcuts (such as <alt>+f) will call the menu up but the actual clickable menubar is completely missing.
