Hi Andrzej. Can you upgrade to VirtualBox 4.0.8 (r71778) or higher and see if this still happens?

The same problem was reported with 11.04 as the guest (LP #786839) and I was unable to reproduce it with VirtualBox 4.0.8 r71778. Perhaps the latest Guest Addition modules fix the issue.

Never mind my last suggestion. From your kernel log it appears you are trying to run both SELinux and AppArmor. This won't work. You need to pick one or the other. Hope this helps.

The guest has SElinux enabled. You may use only SElinux or AppArmor, but not both.

Changed in apparmor (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
