Bug Description

Binary package hint: evince

When I click on an embedded link in a pdf document evince shows an error instead of launching my default browser.

The error message claims 'permission denied' on the file /opt/google/chrome/google-chrome.

markus@T60:~/workspace/PDF::Create$ ls -l /opt/google/chrome/google-chrome
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 918 2010-02-15 09:33 /opt/google/chrome/google-chrome

I have the same problem with 'Chromium' as default browser, Firefox works fine, though.

So this might be also a problem with the way Chrome or Chromium handle the 'default browser thingie'.
