dhclient not starting on boot due to apparmor

Bug Description

In systemctl a service is waiting for the network to be configured, which can not be configured because it seems apparmor is blocking this with DENIED for the dhclient. It apparently needs wr rights.

This is after a fresh install of Ubuntu 21.04 Server.
