tried to restart service, It would not restart. fails on every reboot

This is almost certainly a duplicate of LP: #1756800. Please take a look at that bug and remove the affected profiles. Do note that apparmor is a oneshot service and it will report an error if any profiles fail to load, but will continue to load all the profiles.
