Your other bug report shows removing a surprising number of i386 packages; I wonder why they were installed in the first place, and if that is related or not. It might be worth investigating that..

For this problem, I think you can make progress with the following commands:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall dh-apparmor
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -u
