We should have Java and Mono abstractions

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apparmor

We already have abstractions for Python and Ruby and many other language frameworks; I think we should do the same for Java and Mono

For Java, I think it should be as simple as:

  /usr/lib/jvm/**/bin/java ixr,
  /usr/lib/jvm/**/bin/java_vm ixr,
  /usr/lib/jvm/** r,

For Mono, it should be something like

/usr/bin/mono ixr,
/usr/lib/mono/**.dll mr,
/etc/mono/** r,

I have roughly tested the Java abstraction, but am completely guessing on Mono.

If someone interested in providing an abstraction for java and mono would provide a patch, that would be fantastic. Thanks!
