Bug Description

The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding apparmor. This problem was most recently seen with version 2.9.2-0ubuntu1, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/dd095a71fb83b447d9c2e9b8a782339b254e570d contains more details.

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/sys/kernel/security/apparmor/profiles'

This has the same root cause as bug 1466768 and is therefore a duplicate, marking as such.
