Can you please run grep -r TFTP_DIR /etc/apparmor.d/ and attach all files it lists? Please also paste the grep output as a quick overview.

Just had this happen in Trusty, and apport referred me here. Please see attached in response to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apparmor/+bug/1304134/comments/2 .

Looks like you used aa-enforce /etc/apparmor.d/* which makes this a duplicate of bug 1378095

I just came from https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/apparmor.html.en which links to this bug. It appears that the real bug report already has a fix released. I believe the Ubuntu help documentation needs updating.

Namely the following text: "This section is plagued by a bug (LP #1304134) and instructions will not work as advertised."
