Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

There are missing localized information in the firefox.desktop file.
Please copy the localized strings (Name*, Comment* and GenericName*) from firefox-2.desktop

/usr/share/app-install/desktop/firefox.desktop

/usr/share/app-install/desktop/firefox-2.desktop

This is the desktop file that belongs to app-install-data package, setting the task to gnome-app-install.

This was fixed by one of the last firefox 3 uploads
