apertium depends in liblttoolbox-1.0.0 which isn't in the archive anymore

Hi,

apertium right now is build-depending (and install depending) on liblttoolbox-1.0.0{-dev}.
This lib isn't in our archives anymore.

Please find attached a debdiff which fixes this, and enables apertium to work with liblttoolbox-2.0.0{-dev}

Built successfully everywhere. You may want to consider using (LP: #XXXXXX) syntax in the changelog in future, to automagically close the bug.
