Bug Description

apertium es-ca is useless at moment. Rebuilding on Trusty should be OK. See, https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=726590 for similar bug for Debian.

[Impact]

* Renders package and dependent packages useless.

[Test Case]

$ echo cuatro | apertium es-ca
Error: Unknown error matching regexp (code -28)

After updating package in backport:

$ echo cuatro | apertium es-ca
quatre

ie working fine after backport upload.

[Other Info]

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Release: 14.04

$ apt-cache policy apertium-es-ca
apertium-es-ca:
  Installed: 1.1.0-1
  Candidate: 1.1.0-1
  Version table:
     1.1.0-1 0
        500 http://nova.clouds.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty/universe amd64 Packages
 *** 1.1.0-1 0

Can it be fix asap in Trusty? Thanks!

Debian package is fixed in Unstable. What time it will take to get in Trusty?

Accepted apertium-es-ca into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apertium-es-ca/1.1.0-1build1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
