Please sync apcalc 2.12.4.4-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Replace Build-Depend from libreadline5-dev to libreadline-dev
    to fix FTBFS. (LP: #817579)
=> This change got added in unstable.
Package builds correct, so it can be synced.

apcalc (2.12.4.4-1) unstable; urgency=low
