Bug Description

Was running `do-realease-upgrade -d` from Ubuntu running 24.10 (upgrading to an unlaunched version of 25.04).

My system was up to date before running the upgrade.

I see you commented in the original bug where we are discussing this issue. Seems to be the same as described there, but with a different version - so I am marking this one as a duplicate.
