Ubuntu 24.04 (upgraded from a fresh install of 23.10) with MySQL-server, php, apache2, etc

Impossible to connect to localhost.
In fact : apache2 fails to start because of an error line 3 in file etc/apache2/mods-enabled/php8.2.load
This line link to /usr/lib/apache2/modules/libphp8.2.so and this file doesn't exist anymore.

It's now libphp8.3.so

If I fix this line in this 1st file, apache2 run again !

So configuration mistake in file php8.2.load
