Hi MH,

It looks like your existing apache installation was corrupted prior to your attempt to upgrade. Unfortunately there's not much in the logs that would help diagnose the problem. Did you have Apache running previously? If so, you may need to manually remove and reinstall it.

If you have other logs that can help track down the problem, please attach them.
