السرفر هنج وخسرت كل الرصيد وطالبت الشركة بإسترداد المبلغ الشركة لم ترد عليا بأي شىء ولا يتم الرد عليا في كل مرة أحاول الاتصال بهم
فهل هذه الشركة نصابة ومخادعة

Under the assumption of the auto-translate being:

  answer anything, and I do not answer every time I try to contact them.
  Is this company firm and deceptive?
