Hi,
I didn't find a particular reason in the logs that got auto-attached.
So I can't reproduce.
In general I'd recommend for this case remove- reinstreq <package>
1. Remove the broken content:
sudo dpkg --remove --force-
2. Install the package:
sudo apt-get install <package>
I hope that helps, if not please reopen the bug with some extra info about what might be wrong with your apache package.
Please include at least:
- debsums apache2
- debsums apache2-bin
