Bug Description

We are seeing problems with apache-openid due to the following bug:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libapache2-mod-python/+bug/1073147

It is my understanding that mod_python is deprecated can we move apache-openid to use mod_wsgi?

This is affecting operational systems now; we can no longer use wsgi & mod_python in the same apache2 install, due to the following error:

[Tue Jul 12 04:04:14.655314 2016] [wsgi:crit] [pid 18069] mod_wsgi (pid=18069): The mod_python module can not be used on conjunction with mod_wsgi 4.0+. Remove the mod_python module from the Apache configuration.

summary: - Move to mod_wsgi from mod_python as mod_python is depricated
+ Move to mod_wsgi from mod_python as mod_python is deprecated
