Bug Description

without ant-junitlauncher using Ant to run Junit 5 tests will result in:

failed to create task or type junitlauncher
Cause: the class org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.junitlauncher.confined.JUnitLauncherTask was not found.
        This looks like one of Ant's optional components.
