Bug Description

library is set to

    #library = /usr/share/my_modules/

callback_plugins var in /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg to

    #callback_plugins = /usr/share/ansible/plugins/callback

but there is no /usr/share/ansible

More info::

  $ lsb_release -rd
  Description: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
  Release: 16.04
  $

  $ ansible --version
  ansible 2.0.0.2
  config file = /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg
  configured module search path = /home/luis/lab/sandbox/akd-iac/library
  $
