more integration with ubuntu to anjuta

Binary package hint: anjuta

add option to properly create deb package with anjuta.

there is make rpm in the extrnal tools for example.

also I create widget project but its defaults is to install to /usr/local while in ubuntu it should to be in /usr (without local)

maybe change the templates to be like quickly, but in graphic way

Just so you now about it: Upstream won't make any distribution specific changes. Anjuta uses the defaults provided by the tools it uses (like autoconf which defaults to /usr/local).
