Project treeview items will not de-collapse

Bug Description

Binary package hint: anjuta

In the project pane there is a treeview that lets you select the files that are part of the project. In most of the cases the treeview is not de-collapse-able. So you cannot select any files.
Look at the following screenshot the determine what component of the application I am referring about.

When I single click the "triangle", nothing happens, when I double click it I get a new window with the properties of the selected item (i.e. "Target Properties" or "Group Properties".
