ADB over WIFI with Ubuntu Touch

Bug Description

There is currently no option to connect to an Ubuntu Touch device using ADB over WIFI. Some Android ROMs like Cyanogenmod support this feature and it comes in quite handy.

I've reopened the issue as this command obviously does not work with my Nexus 4 running Ubuntu Touch. I should have made it more clear that I'm talking about UT though.

sorry for my decision. Afterwards, this don't actually affects android-tools, so i'm marking it as Invalid in android-tools.

Well, I should have made it more clear in the beginning that I was referring to Ubuntu for Phones.

it's an issue with adb rather with the phone settings application

no longer affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
